Production Operator
We are hiring for the 2nd shift 12pm-8pm.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Operator will be responsible for:
Obtain batch sheets from operations management based on a published schedule.
Collect raw materials in required amounts as prepared by pre-weighing.
Add raw materials to mix and blend in kettles per SOP.
Monitor temperature of batch and adjust steam accordingly.
Medium - Exert up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally,
Set up kettles, hoppers and process piping in designated production areas or work stations.
Packaging Team Member
We are hiring for first shift 8am-5pm.
Reporting to the Production Team Leader, the Production Team Member will be responsible for:
Assure proper ingredients, lot numbers and date codes are correct for each product run on the line.
Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
Assist in cleaning the production area and equipment by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
Packs up completed products and prepares them for shipment.
Pull damaged or ineffective product off the line.
Load and unload processing equipment.
Any tasks that support the processes of the production & packaging of the products on their line.
Pre-Weigh Batching Technician
We are hiring for first shift 8am-5pm.
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the Pre-Weigh Batcher serves a vital function within our production organization.
The Pre-Weigh Batching Technician is accountable for:
Places material on scales and adds or removes portions of material to obtain specified weight as required.
Weighs ingredients and records weights and lot numbers on manufacturing orders.
Reads manufacturing order to determine types and quantities of materials to weigh.
Calculates number of containers that must be weighted out for all ingredients to cover mix requirements.
Records weights of materials used for production records and maintains inventory of materials on hand.
Prepares labels as required by manufacturing orders.
Re-weighs remaining ingredient containers and records all necessary information on outside before sealing and returning to storage.
Machine Filler Operator
We are hiring for first shift 8am-5pm.
The machine filler operator is accountable for:
Clean, set-up, operate and monitor equipment of the production line
Complete all required documentation and scheduled quality checks
Monitor weights, seals, caps, and general packaging of product
Make adjustments to filler timing and filling as needed
Watch for jams and effectively threading wrap to prevent downtime. Report malfunctions to supervisor
Ability to perform filler and filler line changeovers in a safe and efficient matter
Prepare equipment for next run to include size changes as needed.
Assist in cleaning the production area and equipment by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
Clean and make minor adjustments or repairs to machinery and equipment, such as opening valves or setting guides.
